  • 35 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13" baking pan with foil, then spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix vegetable oil, granulated sugar, and vanilla until fully blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture. Fold in the shredded zucchini and add water as needed for consistency.
  5. If desired, fold in walnuts.
  6. Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before frosting with your favorite recipe.
