  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 ½ cups cold whole milk
  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • ¼½ cup fresh raspberries
  • Mini vegan marshmallows
  • Crushed pistachios for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together cold milk and instant pudding mix until thickened.
  2. Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold in vanilla extract.
