  • 85 g unsalted butter
  • 6 cups regular vegan marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Red food coloring
  • 4 cups Rice Bubbles

Instructions

  1. Prepare a Bain-Marie by boiling 1/2 cup of water in a small pot. Place a heatproof bowl over it.
  2. In the bowl, combine butter and vegan marshmallows. Whisk continuously until smooth (about 2-4 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat, add salt and desired food coloring, whisking until mixed.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Bubbles with the melted marshmallow mixture until well coated.
  5. Shape into brain-like ovals using lightly oiled hands, marking veins with a toothpick dipped in red food coloring.
