  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and oil, then add the pumpkin puree and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and baking soda. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  4. Grease a loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  5. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
