Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed. Then stir in vanilla extract and mashed sweet potatoes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
