  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Pinch of dried herbs (oregano, parsley, or basil)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved or quartered

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
