  • 1 cooked salmon fillet
  • 2 cups romaine or mixed greens
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions
