  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 packs fresh ramen noodles
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the beef chuck with salt and pepper; place it in the slow cooker.
  2. Layer sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger on top of the beef.
  3. Pour in beef broth and water; add soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Stir gently.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until the beef is tender.
  5. About 10 minutes before serving, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions separately.
