- 1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp dry white apple vinegar or chicken broth
- 4 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, diced
- 1 lb medium-thickness asparagus
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400 – 425°F).
- Cut four sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil (14×12 inches) and lay them out.
- Divide shrimp among packs at the center, placing asparagus on one side.
- Pour vinegar over each pack, sprinkle with garlic and lemon zest, and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with butter cubes evenly divided among the packets.
- Wrap the foil tightly to seal, leaving some space for steam circulation.
- Grill sealed side up for about 9 – 10 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
- Unwrap carefully and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
