  • 15 oz can of Libby's pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1½ cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles of cinnamon
  • Fall colored sprinkles
  • Mini pumpkin candies

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a 12"x17" baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift flour, salt, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients followed by the pumpkin puree.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. While baking, prepare cream cheese frosting by mixing softened cream cheese, butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
