  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix scallops with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
