  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked couscous
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
