  • 1 1/2 lbs flank steak
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • 2 T fresh-squeezed juice (lime or lemon)
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 T olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, fresh juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Trim excess fat from the flank steak and rub steak seasoning on both sides.
  3. Place the steak in a Ziploc bag with the marinade, seal tightly, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to high heat (450-500°F). Remove steak from fridge and let sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  5. Drain excess marinade and grill steak for about 6 minutes per side for medium rare (130°F internal temperature).
  6. Remove from grill, cover with foil, and let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
