  • 5 cloves garlic

  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons stone ground Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Core and chop the apples into ½” cubes.
  3. Slice the carrots into ¼” thick pieces.
  4. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic.

  6. Add the chopped carrots, apples, onions, and garlic to the bowl; toss until well coated.
