  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Grill the beef for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, gochujang, soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame oil until well combined.
