  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glaze by combining peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
  2. Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
