1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ teaspoon garlic, minced

⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
Instructions
Prepare the glaze by combining peach preserves, olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
