Instructions

  1. Rinse peaches, cut in half, remove pits, and peel the skin.

  3. In a large jam pan, combine peaches with sugar and lemon juice along with the lemon halves.
  4. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer for 40-50 minutes until glossy.
  5. Remove and discard lemon halves; blend jam to desired consistency.
