  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 12 corn or flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices, hot sauce, pickled onions

Instructions

  1. Pat fish fillets dry and season with a mixture of chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; cook fish for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, cilantro, salt, and black pepper to make the lime crema.
  4. Combine shredded cabbage with carrots and dress with lime juice, olive oil, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
