  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning until well coated.
  4. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 20 minutes to steam the potatoes.
  6. Remove the foil and continue baking for another 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the baked potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 1–2 minutes until melted.
