  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 can (14 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Juice of 1 lime
