- 1 1/2 lbs skin-on deboned chicken thighs
 
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
 
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
 
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
 
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
 
- Salt to taste
