- 1 1/2 lbs skin-on deboned chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Red chili flakes to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and red chili flakes.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and stir well to coat. Marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours for best flavor).
