  • 7.75 oz granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 9 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1.5 cups fresh raspberries
  • 9 oz white chocolate
  • 3.25 cups heavy cream (total)
  • Unflavored powdered vegan gelatin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a springform pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie base by mixing dry ingredients and combining with melted butter and eggs before baking for around 24 minutes.
  3. Make the chocolate mousse by melting semi-sweet chocolate, whipping cream to soft peaks, and folding them together.
