  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 ½ cups mini semisweet chocolate chips

  2. Drain the grated zucchini in a colander while you prepare the other ingredients.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and cinnamon; mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the drained zucchini and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Divide the batter between the prepared loaf pans and bake for approximately 40-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
