  • 3 teaspoons fresh lime zest
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 jalapeños (chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken thighs under cold water, remove bones while keeping skin intact, and pat dry.
