  • 2 teaspoons jerk seasoning
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (45 ounces each)
  • 1 medium mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
