  • 1 cup water plus a tablespoon (divided)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 2 cups pretzels
  • 25 caramel squares

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet (13×18) with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine water and lemon juice; add chopped apples to prevent browning.
  3. Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Spread melted chocolate on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Press pretzels into the chocolate layer.
  6. Drain apples and pat dry; heat caramels with 1 teaspoon water until smooth.
  7. Layer caramel over pretzels and place apples on top.
  8. Drizzle remaining melted chocolate over apples.
